Default axial axles vs t-rex 60s

i kno the width from hex to hex on the trex 60s is 190mm/8 inches. but i need to kno the width of the axial axles from hex to hex. i just need to make sure the trex 60s arent the same size as the axials

i think the axials are 8 1/4"........bob

Outside of each 1.9 (stock scx10) hex (where the hex would touch the wheel) is 7 3/8. Just measured mine. Hope that helps.

ok next question... are the trex 60s wider than the trex 40s? ive seen people using trex axle on the tamiya bronco body and with the trex axles the wheels tuck nicely under the body but with the axials they stick out way to far i just need to kno what to buy for this next project im working on
