| Axial Dissapointment
I decided to change the color of my honcho so i ordered a new one. When you look up part #AX4025R, it shows the cab and the bed, which is exactly what i wanted. Even in the description, it stated diamond plate bed and spare tire mount. When i got it, all it was was the cab. Axial uses the same exact pictures and the same exact description for both cab only and the whole thing. This is very misleading. Is it just me, or if you saw this- Would you expect a little more. |

Title of part says body only. Descriptions are always generic.

I recently was looking for a Bed kit only. It wasnt hard to understand that when the title of the link, and the page, and the header on the description reads, BODY ONLY, its only the body. Reading comprehension wins again.

Call 'em up and politely plead your case. They may just send you the bed and be done with it. Even though the title and all says "body only"

IMO It's misleading....if it's "Body Only" then it should come with the ENTIRE "body" Bed included... because well it's part of the body...in the title it should've said "Cab only" not "body" but it only shows 1 part number....but I think the bed, cab, and truggy cage have different part numbers? |

My vote goes for NOT misleading. The honcho is a truggy. A truggy by definition is when you remove the rear bed part of the body and replace it with tubework.

So items 1 and 2 don't mislead you? The fact they show the bed in the picture doesn't mislead you?

So after contacting Axial they agreed it was a misprint on the website. The website now shows the correct descriptions. The are going to hook up me up with the bed and decal sheet after i show them my Tower receipt. Props to Axial for doing right and with a quickness.

I didn't find it very hard to find the correct information on their site.... AX4025 is body and cage bed. AX4025R is body (cab) only. http://www.axialracing.com/ftp/ax10o...ncho_body.html And yes, the title says "body only" that should have thrown up a flag and you should have said, "hmmm, let me look into this a bit more before I order" if you were confused. Perhaps looked at another site if you were confused. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...CH=honcho+body |

By going by the picture in the 1st post, I would assume that would be getting the cab and bed since both parts make up the body. Glad to see they fixed you up, very good CS on their part. | |

it may just be me, but regardless of the pics, the part on the very first line, in all capital bold letters, that says "BODY ONLY" |

The first three points below contradict things. If it wasn't confusings, this thread wouldn't have been started. |

So, if they took care of you. Why not delete the thread?

Nice catch and props to Axial to making this right. In the future just email the company, most companies have gotten back to me within the next day with a question like this.

I had emailed them first, but got the usual shoulder shrug as he told me to go look at the website. After i told him he better double check it as well, he got back to me right away, and the website was updated in 5 min.
