Default Shrinking down 1/8 truck?

I have 1/8 g-made stealth 1 crawler. It is long, heavy and just don't like it as much as my scale rig. Would it be worth shrinking it down? Think about shorten the links and put on smaller tires 2.2. Making some kind of buggy out of it. Anyone do it?

I would look more at what people have done with 2.2 clods. The Gmade crawler was very unpopular, didn't sell well at all.

i think that would be too much work for what you get out of it.

But you already have it, so why not play with it. I say get some shorter links and 2.2 wheels. Then if you dont like it after that, meh, at least you tried.
