Default Home made crawler course

Well i have a 4 day weekend ahead of me with nothing to do. So i decided to do a project that i have been wanting to do for a while. Being a bachelor and all, i decided to build a crawling course in my dinning room

IF THIS ISN'T REDNECK, I DONT KNOW WHAT IS!

Here is the progress from today. Enjoy and more to come over the next few days.

Looks like a good start, and you'll be able to do laundry while you crawl!
I'll be following your progress.

If it's going to have any weight up top, I'd brace those legs on the tall platform some more

Thanks guys. I'll probably add some cross braces on the tall platform. I'm using foam sheets instead of plywood. It is much much lighter. I'm also going to build another free standing platform and make some bridges tomorrow

nice looking setup so far, I think my girlfriend would shit if I started building something like that in our apartment haha, I can't wait to move into something larger, or have a yard.

I look forward to seeing this completed, keep it up.

This will be very cool when your done, and when I was a bachelor I thought having a pooltable in my dining room was cool. I would say i'm jealous but I think the wife would be pissed. My 2 1/2 year old son would love it tho! Keep up the good work man.

Here are some updates so far today:

I am using Elmers Glue as a base coat on the burlap material. After that, i am using a high-course deck sealer in Cobalt blue. I think it should turn out pretty cool lookin
