Default Building jig

What would the wheel base drilling be on these building jigs used for MOA crawlers.
I want to make my own but want to do it right.
No comps here so if it's over legal dimension nothing will happen.
Logic tell me that it should be about 308mm to 310mm to allow for suspension travel.

Make the maximum 12.5", and turn one set of holes into slots so you will have room for suspension travel/wheelbase change in the jig.
