Nice job on the seatbelts!

But how does "Stubby" reach the pedals?

no offense, but what you have is nothing special, stop set up with some cosmetic things, offer something new and different. i have some threads with over 100 views and maybe 2 posts one of them was my self. i say they look nice just try something new and different, and you'll get more feedback.

I understand what your saying but its just the fact the people take the time to look at the post, but not the time to say something about it. You have to realize not everybody wants to start cutting away at their crawler and some dont have the money for it either. I know alot of the "mods" dont take money but think about what happens when something breaks or it stops running you either A. bring it back to the store or B. Call them up and tell them.

i've been downt that road. and i have a pretty worthy crawler for almost no money. only thing i've bought was tamiya gear set kit which isn't even in right now, and some stampede tires/rims which aren't on, and i can crawl most things (its probly gonna get a tummy tuck real soon)

don't you love these things? for the price they are truly hard to beat.

If I couldn't get this tlt w/ 2 servos and motor I would definately get one to modify

Kind of considering still.. I have rx/tx/esc.... a 55t lathe and hi torque servo is what, $50? so $100 to make a nice lil truck to learn on.

but of course... my son's is getting torn apart as a 1/6 right now I am waiting to hear back from company cause my front went poop.

anyhow... just thought I would leave a message.

the first day I got mine i was the same way..I dident want to mod it at all, then the next day I put all hobby grade electronics in it (cuz the stock electronics suck),then the next week I cut most of the back off my jeep, put new shocks on it,cut the tires and pit 2.2s on it.I continued this prosess and eventualy became this...

And I think evory one kinda dose the same thing, the first day they are pleased with its capabilitys but you always want more and want it to be able to crawl bigger and better things...so we keep moding it to make it better or look more scale untill you have done as much as you can do to it...then you move on to a new project untill you get to 1:1 scale rockcrawling witch is extremly fun. but ill always have rcs!

O and btw nice rigs they look realy good! now cut those suckers up!
