i put bb's in mine and it didn't help and made really annoying sloshing sounds.....i took them back out.....

if i ever do add any weight to the front i think im going to get some stick on tire weights and put them on the inside of the axle case so its not making the tires heavier and putting more stress on the drivetrain

Default weight added

i added about 4 pounds to my 1/18 scorpion right above the chassis and raised the body up it gave it a lot more crawling power and help stop it from rolling over my 1/6 i havent messed with yet

I run about 750 bb's in the front of all of my 1:6 Nylints. It makes a huge difference. It will climb sooo much better. Steering is not affected at all, I have compared it with and without on several rigs and there was no difference. Once you start putting 1000+ bb's in the tires though it will start to harm you, too much weight and even crappier steering. Add a little, see how you like it, add a little more, and so on untill you find a amount that works good for what you like to do.

i feel bad about laughing at you, but......adding 4 pounds of weight to ANYTHING is stupid...especially a 1:18 nylint that i dont think weighs 4 pounds from the factory....

soemthing tells me you were joking since EVERYONE knows that adding weight up that hgh would KILL all crawling ability

ok bb's are good if ur lazy and dont wanna figure a way to put weights in the axles/tires but when you do this the bb's will move and shift the weight and make the truck move on rocks but if you put mounted weight in there then it would work a lot better and be more stable

Default wheel adapters and huge tires : )

get wheel adapters and swamp kongs there a heavier tire due to them being 8.5 inches tall so that will take care of adding weight and you will gain alot of ground clearance.
