| Honcho dual motors
Was just wondering if anyone has ever used the dual motor mounting plate on a Honcho. If so which motors did you use and how did they work. Did it increase the overall power a lot?? Thanks

we were discussing this at our last TTC. Aside from the sled pull, we couldn't really come up with a reason to run them that outweighs the higher cog.

If you want more power get a more powerful motor. Two motors is always a pain in the butt. Pick up a holmes puller motor and you will have all you need and then some. |

| Slower or faster
Are the Holmes puller motors slower or faster than the axial 27T? I like the speed of the 27T but wouldn't mind if it was a little faster.

the 7t will be faster the 27t and have much much more tourqe/ low end power. 2 motors in an scx-10 would not only be useless and unneeded but just a pain with the higher COG, powering them, and the fab work (or buying that stupid stage 3 conversion). | |
