|  Berg 300 CVDs
This is my second set of 300 CVDs in two different Bergs. Both sets shake like crazy from about 3/4 to full lock. Both left and right. Is this normal? It doesn't seem right, but it's happened on two different rigs now with two different sets of axles. |

Post a picture of your steering setup. I had a very similar situation a while back and got it resolved by changing my knuckles to face forward rather than backward. Also pull your 300's apart and take a small jewelers file and make sure there are no burrs in the slot, reassemble and load it by twisting the two halves opposite directions and swing the stub back and forth. It should be smooth, if it isnt then you have something catching in there. Also, lube really helps keep them running smooth. |
