Question My 1st MOA Build

Ok guys, Im just into crawling- This is my 1st build and i have a few Questions(Not alot- the search button answered most)
Here is the run down Of what I have so far:

-VP Incision Chassis

-Bully Comp 2.2 lightened 2.2 F/R Axles with V4 axles and high Clarence knuckles with a flipped servo mount!

-T1e Front and rear high clearance links

-Proline 2.2 8 shooter wheels(yes i will be buying VP's eventualy)

-Tires Undecided, but either Rovers, Hammers or Rock Locks

-Gear: Dual FXR's and Tekin 35t's, Futaba S9156, I am running a DX3R for now, CC 20 amp BEC, 1300 3s lipo

Now onto the Questions:---Keep in mind i"m on a limited budget---

1st- Which Shocks would be the best Bang for the Buck (Ive been told Revo Shocks with a soft micro inner spring eliminating the exterior spring..)

2nd-What do I need to do to Run My Dual ESC's and rear Dig?
2nd-2nd- What dig and type of dig should i run?

3rd- What mods are needed to keep my DX3r to do option 2?

4th- Is there a cage to run on My VP Chassis as i don"t want to run a body?

ALSO- If you can think of any other cheap but affective suggestions along with the questions ive posted, that would be great! TY

Welcome K1llerRC...

Around here Rovers in the white compound are your best bet. Also pick up Crawler Innovations double duece foams. You can order the tire/foam package here...

http://crawlerinnovations.com/index....mart&Itemid=63

Just follow his recommendations on the foams.

The dual FXRs are not really needed. You can run an moa rig with one esc and a punk dig. tqcookie from Fargo uses this set-up on his XR10 and took the state title this year with it. Here is more info on the punk dig...

http://www.punkrc.com/index.php?main...b20pn00fm63v92

With the punk dig you can keep your DX3R, set-up is very simple.

As for shocks, I would think a revo shock to be too short. Personally I like the Losi crawler shocks. Any good 4" shock would be sufficient.

Hope this info helps you out some...

1-Losi comp shocks or traxxas big bores

2-You have a couple options on this one. LosiKid on here makes an adapter that will control dual ESC's with a dx3r. It will let you do full dig F/R and proportional bias F/R. The other option would be to get another radio. The GT3B from Hobbypartz with a hack kit (also from LosiKid) would be a good choice, with the hack you get full proportional mixing for running dual ESC's just like you would get with the Futaba 4pl and 4pk for under $100.

4-Not really. If you want to run bodiless check out the beatlejuice or moonbuggy. Both are great bodiless chassis.

As far as tires, that is generally specific to the area you will be running as different tires are good at different things. I would recommend seeing what people in your area are using, let them do the work figuring out what works best. Rovers are easily the best all around tire, they work well just about anywhere.

1. 4" shocks- losi comp crawler or xr10... I ran xr10 shocks for a lil bit
2. I run a brxl w/ punk dig using a dx3e
3. Don't have an answer
4. Try a dub topper from bwd, u might have to make custom cross braces though.

I run revolvers weighted w/ slugs and white dot rovers

Just my thoughts
