Default Rear End Linked

Well I just took the turnbuckles off the rear end of my T-Maxx and fabbed em onto the rear of my crawler. Looks and works pretty killer! The shocks wouldnt work any longer so I took some wiring and wiring ends and fabbed up some limiting straps. Not sure if I'll do the front or not, I hate scavenging off my poor T-Maxx lol. I also might end up 4linking the rear if this setup doesnt work well

looks nice, but one of the things i've found to be a downer is to much flex on the 1/18, but if it works for your crawling enviroment, then sweet

you need 2 more links going to the center of the axle because if ya leave it like the the axle will tip down you need it solid

Actually after drivin this thing for a while the rear end is sackin out. Looks like the only reason it was being kept up is the stiffness of my limiting straps, gonna have to find a way to get those shocks on somehow or another. No they didnt stop working, they just are gonna be a pain to find a place to mount em

Just curious but does the rear axle slide to the left or right at all? i can't see it staying centered without some sort of trackbar or triangulated upper control arms.

It moves a little bit but nothing major. It works really good. Went over to JeeperNicks yesterday and crawled his rock pile and it did things I never imagined it would do, definately a awesome upgrade! I may 4 link it so the axle doesnt turn down under load but its not really noticable enough to fix, the shock keeps it in line too
