Hilux/bruiser pinion pitch?

So i asked on my build thread about the pinion pitch for my og hilux, i already tried 32 pitch tamiya and robinson also 48 pitch from robinson , and they don't mesh right with the tranny, is this a weird pitch pinion? my stock one, i am not sure of ,is press on no grub on it, i am at a loss
