AMTI's Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Defeat Vehicle (E-MAXX) is a dispensable robot designed to support IED reconnaissance activities and Render Safe Procedures. Applicable for military and law enforcement use, the Vehicle is a low-cost solution for detecting, identifying, and defeating IEDs while keeping personnel at a safe distance from danger. It can be used alone or in conjunction with high-end EOD robots.
