| Pizza Lasagne!!! The wife has promised to make some of her pizza lasagne for Christmas dinner this year, awesome! Basically its just pizza sauce instead of a traditional marinara, mozzarella-parmesan-romano cheeses instead of riccotta (or cottage cheese), and she also puts in a spicy Italian sausage and pepperoni combo. That, and some friends over to watch the Packers game, will make for a great day. |
