Default 10T Holmes Puller and 3s : Slipper or no slipper?

Hello everyone,

I'm building a 2.2 rig based on Wraith axles and SCX10 transmission and chassis. Can I keep the stock Axial slipper or should I just remove it or convert it to a Traxxas one?
Also I guess the RC4WD XVDs won't last long, will the Axial universals will be enough?
Thanks a lot for the help and happu holidays.

Gilles.

Just crank down the slipper as tight as you can, it'll be fine. The XVD's are crap. The Axial universals are amazingly strong, and should work perfectly for you.

Thanks a lot, that's great to know, I'm pretty broke now for some 300s that I believe won't be out soon.
