Default winch installed!

FINALLY got my winch finished. after three different designs and cutting of sh!t that ended up not needing to be cut its in!!!!!! i just used a 1/4 servo. gutted it and just used the motor. mad a spool about 9 months ago that i attached. and just used some string. thinking im going to go raid my step dads tackle box for 10lb fishing line it doesnt have a ton of torque but enough to get me off for high centered. ill let the pics explain the rest.....

all thats left is oring the axles and prolly get a little more wight on the front axle!!!

Im going to put some lead in my front end!! LOL, when I barely push down on the front it helps climb a little/more traction, plus it doesnt flip backwards

That sounds wrong but its trueeeeeee!!

ive noticed that too. they seem to just need a little assistance in some cases. such as a little pull or just a little wight on the front axle!

testin out the winch about an hour ago and the line snapped under presure! time for the fishing line!

nice job... thinking outside the box is cool... as for weight... I run 7oz of lead in each fron tire and it has helped a bunch... I didnt have bb's available so I used oval 1/4 oz fishing weights....it seems to work good...

Keep us updated with your winch !!!!

today i plan on installing the fishing line and mount the winch better. i pulls right off the velcro. i was hoping that would work so i could just remove it easily. i have some angle aluminum that i am going to mount it with. hopefully pics to follow after finished!
