Default Is the Team Integy general 2.2 chasis comp legal?

I got the chasis a few months back and want to try to comp with it. I just don't know if I can. If anyone knows anything it would be awesome to hear! Thanks! Also is there a weight limit on rigs?

If its measurements are more than the minimum allowed, yes. There is no weight limit.

Scroll down the main page and poke around for the USRCCA rules for 2.2 specifications.

It says 8 for overall length and mine 10.75 so that should be legal right?

The measurements they give for bodiless chassis' are minimums. As long as it measures as much or more than what is listed, its legal.

There are multiple rules within a class....."body" length (different values for "bodiless" vs. "bodied"), width, wheelbase, etc....... It also depends on the class you want to run (2.2 comp rigs is one class, scalers is another, etc.)

Find the class you want to run, see what the rules are for that class.

Nope....no shit......he stated a single rule....not all the rules...... link.... http://usrcca.com/rules/USRCCA_2011_...01-15-2011.pdf [no rules posted for 2012 that I know of...]

All he has stated is: 2.2 wheels, over the 8" minimum chassis length (providing he is running bodiless)

He didn't ask about them all, just about whether or not his new chassis is legal. And, since he found the 2.2 rules with minimal guidance, its fairly safe to assume he's smart enough to read and consider the other rules for that class.

Seems to me you are just busting Charlie's balls for trying to actually answer the guy's question. Not really sure where you see the OP finding the 2.2 rules with minimum guidance. The title of the thread is Is the Team Integy general 2.2 chasis comp legal? which means the guy found a 2.2 chassis and wants to know whether it is legal or not. No part of the OP's post states that he found the 2.2 rules.

Anyway, I have no helpful information further than what has already been posted in the previous posts. Just thought I comment that there was nothing helpful in that last one.

Yup.

I gave him the general location of the rules, he found them, also found the proper class, then came back to be sure he got the proper info, which he did.

Am I busting Charlies balls? Yes. He puts his .02 in and I nag at him like an old woman. That's just how we roll together.
