I'm waiting on VP to make some lower control arms and front shafts for the exo. The ones on mine are holding up but I would feel better with a little more beef up front with an 8lb rig. Shane did a great job on the rest of the rig where he could put upgraded parts. Better gears would also be nice. The new axial hardened gears in the back are already starting to skip under hard throttle. I guess the pro4 puts some serious power to the rear end. I really want to run 4s batts but need to keep it together until better parts are available.

Looks like they have all the parts.

I used the side panels from the RTR to work out how I wanted to cut panels for this thing, decided to put the other RTR panels on and get pics.

Then I put them on Axial's facebook page.

I'm stoked for a new axial kit;

What I *hope* it will be:

a large (1:8 to 1:6th), 2 or 4wd off-roader, scale, that combines the speed of an exo with the crawling of a wraith, possibly solid axle rear and a-arm front. The ultimate woodland crawling basher; a sort of wraith-exo hybrid. A little scale, but not overweight and annoying to work on.

ummm... exactly like that photo above

What It'll probably be:

Ridgecrest kit.

Here's what I heard. The main guy that runs the Hobbyplex in Omaha made a comment this past weekend. We were talking about how the
crawler parts manufacturers are drying up and companies are pulling out of the segment, and he said "mmmmm... I don't know. I've got a new scale product sitting in my house that I can't show anyone because it hasn't been released yet."

And that's all he would say.

I thought about that, but a guy sneaking around someone's house in Omaha with a camera... I don't think the cops would buy that I was just trying to take pics of little toy trucks...

He is a Losi guy.

That is a Losi product he has.

He has had it for over a year.
