Default 3racing winch suggestions

Hi, i just bought the 3racing winch and I noticed how you ahve to use a battery to power it. Has anyone modifies there's so that it goes straight to the reciever and gets power from the Primary ESC?
If possible pictures would be helpful.
thanks

careful in doing this, if you run 3cell it will burn it up, the best way is on the rx in my opinion,

Blakeski is right. They don't recommend high voltages.
That being said, I have been running mine directly off of my 3S battery plugs for two years now. So go figure...

If you're real worried about it, you can also run the power leads to an external BEC.

So what should i solder the winch power plugs too, my esc's wires are way to big withe bec pro too, to fit more wires on to it.

Is there a way to run it though your RX, and what do you have to modify to do that?

You would need to run an external BEC into the RX (to any open port on most RX's) and then plug the winch into the RX (to any open port on most RX's).

Keep in mind, some RX's DON'T like high voltage, so running the voltage up on a BEC may hurt the RX.
Keep the voltages down and the winch may feel weak.

Since it looks like you have a CC BEC Pro, I would do a splitter on the output. Plug your servo into 1 connector & the winch into the other connector.

Running through the RX is great for simple wiring, but I don't like putting the load through the receiver. You should really just tap off the battery line or an exBEC as others have suggested.
