I LOVE these tires! I played around with 5.25 and 5.5" CI foams. I found I like 5.5 DD soft in front and 5.5 DD medium in front. I have the closed cell foams vented so I do not need to vent the tires. Using the soft outer foams up front only worked on this rig at 3lb 14oz, I tried the same setup on the sporty I drove which weighed in at 4.5 lbs and it required medium outers upfront. So at sub 4 lbs a very soft setup works great, over 4 lbs and the fronts wadded up pretty bad. The rig did everything I asked it to do, just not while on the clock, but that falls back on driver error. With no pressure of time or points I was able to cleanly drive all the spots I had issues with after the comp... I look forward to trying to get the Voodoo's to work on our insane high grip and very uneven rock down here. For certain, anytime there is smoother rock they will be my go to tire! Save the pins! They make good feet to glue on the bottom of tennis ball gates. Nothing like some sticky icky VooDoo to hold down some balls  |

My latest foam setup is rear.. normal dd foams. 5.5 Narrow inner and medium outer. Front I use the 5.5 narrow inner and soft outer with a medium tuning ring. For me this feels best at the moment. send from my HTC One-X |

Has anyone tried the 6" closed cell foams yet? i only have some medium outters but they feel just like my cut in shuts with a medium outter Just waiting on some soft 6" outters to give a try |

Posing pic with some voodoos at our new crawl spot. Both real and fake rocks so its smooth and pitted. My new combo and I won't be changing is a tuning disc(the sidewall foam) cut in half and each side reinforced in all 4 front and rear. 5.5 narrow inners front and rear with medium foams in the rear and a firm tuning ring. Soft in the front with a medium tuning ring and of course ultra soft gold tires and 1 inch spacers with DLUX carbon wheels of course. Try this and u'll love it. Lik    Wait... What gate....
