Maybe I should have said Axial Old School.
Because of tearing up my ax10 many times over, and modding it repeatedly, I would now feel confident attempting to build an old school crawler from random parts.

I miss having to glue-up a set of Moabs (or Mashers) to a set of self-narrowed Traxxas Stampede front wheels, dying them yourself, then glueing the hexes for fear that the wheel wouldn't hold-up

With that being said, I'm still rockin TLT axles, but I roll on beadlocks

I remember those builds from back in the day. Man those were the good old days. When we had to build from scratch.

Revolutionary!

Glue on beadlocks for that scale look, on a comp crawler - mixing old school with new school.

No foams, just BBs (not plastic pellets) - old school.

BBs coming out of your tires on course - old school.
