Default 14mm to 17mm hex adapter

Anyone know of a 14mm to 17mm hex adapter?

Something like the Bender 14mm-23mm adapter?

Just an idea....I took the Twin Force adapters(14 to 19) and did a little sanding on each side. I used the flat edge of the wheel of my bench grinder. Took about 30 to 45 seconds per adapter.
