Default Proline Powerstroke lengths?

Looking at the proline powerstroke shocks and I see the 606300 is 98.5mm and the 606301 is 118mm but those are the only specs I can find. Obviously I assume those are the center to enter fully extended length but can any confirm that and anyone know the collapsed center to center length on those shocks?

Do the cap mod on some traxxas big bores and you can make them any length you want.
