They are SCX10 and Wraith replacement axle casings for use with Axial ring and pinion gears. The front axles require RC4WD CMS kits. The diff housing is smaller than other brand casings and the tubes have a smaller OD.

This, at first glance, just seems too cool. I like it!

| Re: RC4WD D44 Axles (Modular Design, 2 Axle Widths) Do you know if these will be sold as a front or rear axle part kit? I know they are modular but offering an option to buy all the pieces for a front or rear complete axle would be cool. One click ordering. Might have to have a few kit options for 3 link or 4 link setups. I know I can add all the parts to the cart separately but someone not knowing all the parts involved may not get everything they need. Just my $0.03.

Anyone know if they are going to do leaf spring mounts for these?

If they actually use axial gears I'm interested! If it's some craptastic proprietary gear set I'll have zero use for them.

Will these accept other manufactures c's and knuckles? That would be great to be able to buy the housing and add the parts we already have!

Have you test fit these with any other brand lockers VP,LURC,CF,etc, etc. Or just the axial?? I'm keen on knowing if I'll have to mod anything or be stuck using the axial black box....... -Dan |
