Locked Up RC = Great Company

I was not sure where to post this. If this is the incorrect are please forgive me.

I bought a few Locked Up items from RPP and had machining issues with some of the parts. RPP directed me to Patrick at LURC. Multiple e-mails, photos and conversations passed between myself and Patrick. In the end everything was resolved.

LURC not only has awesome products but Patrick went above and beyond to help me, was very professional, prompt in getting back to me, took care of the issue and then some. It is very and i mean very rare for companies now a days to even talk to a customer let alone replace items with no questions asked. Patrick's only concern was that i was happy as his and a LURC customer. I am very picky on who i spend my hard earned money with and i for one will be spending a lot of it with a company like LURC.

There is no doubt, Patrick is great! I placed an order for a set of wheels that was my second choice and called him because I forgot some hardware. I got a call back within the hour and he told me that the original wheels I wanted were on the machining block so I asked him to change over and ship when he got them back in stock, that was a thurs I think, and they were here on wed next! LURC IS FOR SURE ONE OF THE BEST!

Always get emails from Patrick on every order as well as follow up emails making sure I received my product(s).
