|  Mag Mayhem Problem !!
Ok I recieved my Mayhem today from Tower and this is what came out of the package (see pic). The shaft will not turn of course because of the bind it`s in. My question is should I try to fix this or send it back? I have no experiance with electric motors, should I try to reseat this end of the motor or leave it alone? I would rather just fix it and go but if there are other probs I`m out $20. Suggestions ?  |

| Re: Mag Mayhem Problem !! Call Tower Hobbies as soon as you can. Tell them that you can email them a picture of the problem if needed but most likely they'll just send you a brand new one, free of charge. They are one of the best companies to deal with when there are shipping errors, problems with a product once you get it, etc. Call them! |

I called Tower and told them about it , and they said they will send me another one and to just trash the the first one. 5 minuites after I hung up the phone I had this motor fixed. This worked out great, got a free Mayhem.  |
