| Which is the best brand for a Hummvee body 1:6?
MYLIFE, Allegro, and New Bright (with multiple versions) are some of the brands of 1:6th size Hummers I see on Ebay and I'm going for the most "nice" looking- I don't care about interior, I don't care about weight (metal vs plastic) I just like detail and quality. I don't plan to really crawl with it, just parking lot cruising and the occasional small curb at a slow speed when necessary. I'll put a nicely built chassis under it, but for the body, is there one clear winner? I don't want to buy a few versions (shipping alone for these really adds up!) to compare in person, so if anyone had or seen a few of them and has a strong opinion, I'd love to hear it and why... oh, and mine will be more for the fun of the build and maybe some yard driving, it won't ever get wet or muddy. I don't mind price, or hardness-to-find, especially if there is a clear winner in the comparison. I plan to go with a Yellow one if possible, that's one point I can be flexible on. Thanks! |

The new bright one is very nic3, and comes with interior. You can get them at flea markets for less than $40!
