Default Axial UMG 6x6 reviews

Now that these have been out for a while, have the issues they had when they first came out been resolved? Are these still experiencing issues with their center axles stripping out? Has anyone had any issues running these with more power than the stock motor can put out? Overall have people that have bought these been satisfied with them?

Binding issues as well. I don't think they've been a hot seller so I doubt that changes have been made.

As a TRX6 owner, I am biased... But, I have thought about getting the Axial version to make a custom 6x6, or even a 8x8, and this is mainly due to the Axial being around $200 less expensive. I have dug through as many reviews as I can find on the Axial rig, and most (75%-ish) have reported the diff-slip issue, along with a couple of other issues with this rig. As far as I know, Axial has not made any changes to this rig to fix the issues.

What are folks doing about the diff slip issue? will replacing the gears with HD gears help anything? I just bought one, but will be saving it for towing a trailer, not really crawling.
