it looks really good with a whole lotta flex compared to standard leafs. So i posted this to get all your big engineering minds working just because it performs really well
thanks

are you talking about the revolver shackles?

they work awesome for flex. but the only concern that i have and have seen is strength for hardcore wheeling. i think they're meant for a little less extreme suff.

The leaf hanger mount would be easy. Just use some small piano hinge and weld/braze the tabs to it. Or you could do the same thing they did and use some lengths of tubing to make the hinge and pass a cap screw through it and nut the other side.

There's also the Z Boxes from Tera (same people that make the Revolvers) that are the same concept:

you could also make pivoting spring pads for the axle to achieve a similier effect.

Using either method you will need something to locate the axle side to side as the leafs will now allow a good deal of movement. A telescoping A-arm would pobably be the best bet as it would follow the movement of the leafs more closely then a panhard. However if its on a non steering axle it may not be so terrable to warrent a locating link.

Default Orbit eyes springs

AOR offroad used to make leaf springs with spherical bearings in the ends for the same effect:
