best fix for that is to get an allen wrench key and cut it to size since it is hardened steel. But... remember that beefing up that section will only cause another thing to be the weaker link (plastic coupled if you have it, planitary gears, axle where the pin goes through...etc)

stop binding it up and dont be afraid to pick it up and reposition it...i used to bind mine up and try to drive through a tough obstacle, but learned quick, heh.

good luck, hope this helps!

RC Kid... read my post above. you cant use any type of metal, it has to be hardened steel or it will just bend. The sheer strength of regular metal is nowhere near as durable as the sheer strength of hardened steel.

^^^ that's just funny. my dad generally doesn't like me cutting his tools up either. just go to walmart and get like a 5 dollar set and use it.

i assume you're inquiring about the motors? i don't think think so, the older gens did have tighter belts and stronger (i think) planetary gears though.
