My 1:6 Nylint Cralwer is messed up.. When you put it in low gear the front wheels spin slow and the back ones spin fast, and when you put it in high gear the front wheels spin fast and the back ones spin slow. I want to get it fixed these things are so fun.:-( Any suggestions with what could be wrong with it?

put it in low and then pull the cover off the rear axel and then theirs a black lever move to the other side of axel

and then try and go in to high then back in low if it messes up again fix it then put in low for good
