|  UPDATE: project Mud Rat
its been a while since i have been able to visit, i have a new job that consumes alot of time. anyways, i finally got to do more work on the chassis for my clod based crawler. i figured id gather the first 2 photos too, soo you can see the progress all at once. next step is to make up some links, and link mounts for the axles. the chassis is 3/16 round stock and it is all tig'd together. it will have a cj8 body i have thats currently sitting on my stock clod.

How do you have that battery mounted? Just tape?

i have the tubing relativly snug arond the battery, so i was thinking a zip-tie on either end, should do it as the locking part of the ziptie would be big enough not to slide past the tubing
