Default 2 link on front end????

Hi guys,uhh,i just had an idea about making a 2 link on my nylints front end.I just need to know where to mount the two metal rods.i thought about putting one above the other on the same side.If you guys have any ideas please tell me.Oh yeah,here is a picture i made on paint.Just an idea.

i think youd end up breaking somthing or it would not flex right but go for it and get some pics up

That design will not work too well. The problem with it is that you have plenty of support one side and nothing on the other. For smooth axle articulation, you need support on both sides. If the tire with no support hits a rock, it's gonna be pushed in because nothing is preventing it.

that has been done before.. i think it was cole82 that made a 1 link suspension setup but it looked just like that....

Im not really sure,its just an idea i thought of.Ill try it,i just don't know how to get support on the other side.i have no idea where to put it.I also have to fix my steering servo.It will barely turn,i think i got some sand stuck in it.

Here is another idea.It is just a four link.

The problem with the nylint axles is the steering box size and placement. It's right in the spot where we usually mount our suspension links. I've spent hours trying to find a way to 4-link the front sucessfully but failed. I ended up ditching the blue links and making my own out of steel, the legnth i wanted and just attached them where the blue ones were. It just seems like the best way to mount the front axle. As for the rear, go balls out cuz there's unlimited possibilities. I flipped the rear axle upside down and 4-linked it.

Well,i am done with the rear end, and i just wanted to finish the front end.I will probably try and make my own links.
