Default BIG TRUCK Pede tranny?

I was thinking of using a Pede tranny on a Big Truck(Twin,TXT,XF), anyone still doing that? Any Horror Stories, Words of Wisdom, or Good News? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I know of a few people at least that have done it- it's awesome. A bit more stress on the gears than a tlt obviously, but we've run them with much success. My blue 'terra crusher 2 shock truck' has a stampede tranny and it works great. Make sure you've got the aluminum idle gear in there..
