Default Torque steer - Causes & remedies

Hello there everyone, Just installed the 12" ext. kit. I now notice that when I accelerate the right front wheel lifts slightly (torque steer), but it is really evident when I am climbing a fairly steep grade with a good amount of throttle. Can anyone please explain the reason for this phenomenon and how to eliminate this action. Thanks! PEACE
