I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this, so mods, please move if need be.

I am working through a build in my head, and need some shocks, but I as of yet am unsure of what I want.

This set may be it, but I am really having troubles understanding the way they size them. They list them as 45-56mm, but then recommend that they be setup for roughly 69mm. So, what is the deal here? I guess what I really want is the stroke dimension. Does anyone know that or how to glean it from the listing?
