I thought when I started my Clod project I would end up around $600... But nope!!! It ended up being about $850. Just a hair behind what my TC4 cost.
But it was all worthe it!

Less than the cost of a set up tires and wheels for a 1:1 crawler.

I haven't really spent a whole lot. I buy and sell my RC's on Ebay and I usually make money so they support themselves. It's a beautiful. Thing.

Just a little over $300 on my clod. It was a budget-minded build.

I'm thinking about $500-$600 for my Clod since I had to start from scratch including a charger and batteries. But for the Wifes TLT I think I'm around the $350 range.. Now granted that doesn't include the $100+/- in spare parts...

Still thats nothing compared to what I have into my 1:1 trail rig...... Its probably around $10,000-12,000 for a fully built 85 4runner and I'm planning on putting another $1500-$2000 for a Tacoma Engine swap in the very near future. Also remember thats just dollars for parts since I do all my own labor...

Juggernaunt/TXT, Clod, 2 TLT's, Twin Force, E-maxx, XC + all the ECS, Servos, batteries, tire, wheels, ect, ect, ect......... Would really hate to know, probably 4,000+ easy. But its alot of fun and still cheaper than my 1:1 85 yota.

I added up all of my Tower orders and it came to over $1300, add around $200 at hobby shops and Ebay. $1500, in one truck.

I had about 1800 in my clod back in the day. But that was counting all it's incarnations. The final truck was worth about 600 or so but i sold it for 400. Still kicking myself to this day.
