Default Size question about revo rod ends

Hi,

I just want to ask what size the revo rod ends are. Traxxas Partnumber is 5347:

-Are they for 3mm rods ?
-How wide is the flanged ball ?

Many thanks for an info,

Pete

Hello,

we go through Revo ends like there's no tomorrow but have no hard specs on what you ask. I can however measure one right here. The ball appears to be 5mm in diameter. It looks like a 3mm rod would tighten down in one. We use 8-32 threaded studs so they are fairly beefy.

Hey David,

forget my question. If you use revo rod ends in your shop you have answered my question, because I do have some here on my table, because I bought some heavy duty delrin links from you in the past :-) I just didnt know if they were revo ones.

Great, now I know wich one to buy for some steel rods I like to build for my scale tuber !!!

BTW: Your delrins are great, I still had no failure while crawling with them. I even had a hard crash from 10 feet were I striped my servo and bend some other things but the links didnt show any abuse ...

Thanks !!

Cheers Pete
