| Not a truck, but you scale guys will still love the detail
I'm always amazed at the patience and attention to detail some people have. A great example of a scale build of a motorcycle: http://www.mobile01.com/newsdetail.php?id=5933 |

Love the extreme builds they always look better in person if you can imagine that. I'm sure in person it looks like someone shrunk the real deal. |

| I got that same model, and I can honestly say that it will never look anything like that. That is amazing.

i've built a few of the tamiya motorcycle models and the detail is ridiculous...i mean down to detailed parts INSIDE the engine but that guy has gone a step further and has WAY too much patience Last edited by emaxxjeremy; 08-17-2008 at 02:53 PM. |

Saw this over at the static modelling forum I hang at as well. Great job. I would love to build like that. I have the Ducati Desmo and an aftermarket kit like that one for mine. I have had it for three years and every time I look at the chain I realize that I will never build it. Sure looks good sitting on the shelf unstarted though, lol. Hell, so do all of the other 50 never completed models I have. Crawlin caused the end of that hobby, lol. |

Yeah I built one of those, not quite near that detail, but those kits are sick, I bought 3 of the motorcycles and after one I gave the other two away...LOL Mine got busted in our last move, broke the windshield and handle bar, I took it out in the driveway and stomped on it, Now that felt good. I hated that build, more power to him, his level of patience must be near saint hood....lol |

All hail to the alter of Valentino Rossi, Motorcycle GOD That's a really amazing build. so much attention to detail, every seam is smoothed over, ever item painted with precision, and all those metal upgrade parts, real GAULOISES stickers... it has levels of detail that put my Minichamps scale diecast replicas to shame. All he needs to do now is get Vale to sign it |

Where do you even get some of those parts, like the photo-etched detail kits?

Media Mix is awesome as well! Stradasport...... I have bought thousands of $ etch kits for each model I have. They are tedious, make you insane, and awesome to build with. | |

The build is awsome!!! But the pics is crazy, can't imagine building something like that and on top of not getting crazy involved in building it he has the time and patience to stop and take pics. And do a write up. The rigs are always awsome but I really give all you guys credit in the build ups. Man I always try and snap a few pics when I start then next thing I know I'm done.
