Finding a central locations shouldnt be to hard. Any of you guys ever been to Ringing Rock in Eastern PA.? It's pretty rad for scale and crawler. P.S. all those rigs are killer and awesome Pics!!!! |

I'm ready guys. It would be very cool to have a scale comp/gtg on the East Coast! Here's some more info on the camp n crawl http://wpac-rc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3163 I've never been to ringing rocks, but I would really like to. I think it's a couple hours drive for us, no biggie. |

Yeah guys...only issue with ringing rock would be parking. If we could find a way to limit the amount of cars onsite by car-pooling or something...that would be a good thing. other than that minor issue...its an amzing place to drive the mini trucks! if we're gonna do this, I'd say to get it going before the fall...when the leaves start falling this place gets covered! I'm sure lodging accomodations wont be to much of an issue Here's a map link to ringing rocks... http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Ringin...i=map&ct=title here's some pics of just some of what this location has to offer... next is of the falls area. i think this is the best area cause you can use the dry creek bed plus the sweet boulders in the woods. plus its away from the main trail and less spectators. next is on the main trail at the entrance of the boulder field, all around that area are some good spots too.....
