Default Canoes ?

Can anyone give me 1-1 dimensions of lets say a canadian type canoe or an Indian type one. Scale asseccories in NZ are very far and few between and the NZD dos'nt make it viable to buy from overseas at the moment, so I want to make a scale version but dont really want to make it look out of proportion too much. Any help greatfully appreciated.

I have searched the internet for hours trying to find a site with dimensions but have found nothing so far

I once owned a 17 foot aluminum canoe. It was 3 feet wide at the middle but I can not remember how deep it was. If I was to guess on the depth in the middle I would say 14 to 16 inches.
