Whats funny is that any of us could get these made ourselves. The technology is kids stuff and is easy to produce. Just no one wants to make these is all. Making your own vacume form is a simple thing, But who really has the time or wants to put into designing a truck body to look like the real thing. I actually have one of the 1/9 scale JEEP huricane concepts but I cant bring myself to rip it down and possibly destroy it. I was planning on remolding it but vacume forming plastic on plastic straight out of an oven would most likely end in defete. I say good luck to you trying to accomplish what your doing. But I think your walking a road up 2 mile high hill. I work personally with Parma/PSE and have tryed several times to bring back alot of thier old stock on bodies which they still have molds for, And not once has any of them reappeared from my attempts and thousands of customers ready to buy. Money isnt always the factor!

that's funny right there. Can 't blame a guy for trying.

Sorry not trying to burst your bubble but if it was that easy we would have some sweet hardbodys to build off of. Good luck though and if you make it happen I'd like to see a 1/10th Jeep Scrambler so i don't have to build one for myself...complete with half hardtop removable bulkhead full hardtop and hell my as well have em make the chassis too while your at it.
I don't think the proline bushwacker is licensed anymore, it's a pretty nice replica

I would love to see :

scrambler
1st or 2nd gen 4-runner
3rd gen (88.5'-93-ish ) xtra cab toyota pickup
2001 ish taco in any form, but preferebly double cab, or regular cab.

oh god, here we go again with the retarded threads of what would you like for a body, have you ever heard of a search button? this question has been asked multiple times and rarely does anything come from it.
if you had used the search button you would have found that the top 5 body's people want are
1 XJ Cherokee
2 4runner
3 toyota pickups
4 FSJ waggy
5 Willys wagons or pickups

If a manufacture would like to sell a body to make some cash then those would be the one's to make.
of course look what happened when hundreds of people got together on here and asked for the Honcho to be re-released by Parma, out of all the people who requested it how many actually went out and bought it when it was released? not many.

How exactly are you planning on convincing any of these companies to make a body?

XJ/Cherokee Easy mold and Only one on the market (albeit amazing quality!) but not everyone has 300 bucks for the body. Cheapest car on the trail is the most expensive scaled down:?

Aww. Disapiontment
guess I will have to modify a hilux body.

Second thought.

What would you say if I could find a way to sell formed sheets and all you had to do is glue them together. would anyone be interested.

It would take me a month or so to get something going.

A kit would include Hood, Side panels, Grill, Roof, and rear end.

And if something breaks you don't need to buy another body.
