Default Hitec 5645mg winch

I am trying to make a servo winch out of a 5645mg "digital" I have got the pin removed and there is a little tap on the pod that I dremil off. But the pod will still only move a limited amount. Also the pod is the part I put the arm on I thought that what it called.

I might be calling it the wrong name. Does anyone know how to make the piece where the servo arm always spin?

Thanks in advance.

It's the output shaft. Once you removed the pin on the underside, it should be good to go. I have never paid any attention to a metal gears servo components. Is there at tab of some sort around the middle case, by the POT? Any pics?

If you take the poT out it will only move so far both ways. Like there is something inside of it stopping

I take some pic later
