Bed for tow vehicle build

Here's the concept of the bed I want to build to tow my 5th wheel trailer.

Seriously though, looks nice, what are you going to make it out of? Styrene? Got a similar project in mind, so I'm searching around.

I'm thinking I'll make a tube frame and use this http://gardentrucking.com/products/Originals/471.jpg for the bed and sheet alum for the outsides.
I'll do a mockup in cardboard first, stuffs to damn $$$ to do trial and error.
