Don't braze it while its on the body IMO. Take it off the body and braze it and if you want a tight fit so its hard to get it off the body, bolt the cage to the body.

That's the only way to do it.......fire and plastic definitely don't mix.

I allready have it ready to bold to the body. What is the best way to braze it so everything is lined up right? Is there a way to tack it together before i take it off the body?

Thanks

Put marks where you want it to go. Take it off, tack it and set it back on the body to see if thats where you want it to go.

here is what i have so far..

I am making it so i can still remove the top. My wife was doing her nails the other night and had her acrylic sloff out and told me to try using it instead of brazing...i was not sure about it but gave it a try...ok just to let you know before anyone makes fun of me....i got the front section done up with the acylic joints and then thew it down the stairs, then let the kids try to break it as a final test...no breakage...THIS STUFF IS STRONG..and very easy to work with..im goin to do the rest of the exo and see what happens..I also tested some jb weld and that broke easy just falling from table hieght. I think im onto something here..
