Default Any ideas???

I just picked up another set of tlt axles last night. So it looks like the bronco will get put together for sure, but I have to decide what to do with this new set. I also grabbed another 70 ford body the other day, but I really want to step up the quality of the builds , so....:? I would kinda rather not use a lexan body for one of the next builds.
It might take forever but I really thinking I should do a aluminum body maybe:neutral:
That way trail carnage really shows up as aposed to just scratching the paint
Let me know what you think. Ideas, opinions, etc...

Soda cans would work well, just make sure you lay them under something first to get all the bend out of them and and get um straight. Hmm...other than that I cant really think of anything else, other then thin sheet from a metal supply place. But heck beer/soda cans are plentyful, cheap and when you really bach it just pull the panel and make a new one. HAHA Do um label side out, all from the same kind of cans;).

Soda can is very very thin material to use by itself. But I did make a body out of styrofoam and skinned it with a soda can, The styrofoam offered some strength and also allowed the metal to push in and dent. It can also be shaped fairly easily.

Good luck on the build, I looks forward to see what you come up with.

Well the tin can idea is not going to happen sorry But I have done some jeep bodies out of roofers flashing and it worked fairlly well.

And considering the ol' billybob grenaded today I think I'll have to start pounding some tin :-P I have to get some epoxy to hold the pannels together and that will pretty much determine what I can dolly out.

You could have made the ultimate redneck rig out of pbr cans. the design on the outside of the truck.
