I would think with that little trailer it would be fine. ? If you want more oomph I wouldn't go dual motor, I'd go with a bigger kv motor.

from the looks of that trailer i'm gonna take a wild guess and say you don't plan on dragging it over any rocks. i don't think you'll have any problems pulling it on flat ground with one motor geared right

Volt up gear down. Plus like the guy above said i doubt you are going to be pulling that thing aver any real ruff terrain. what did you build that trailer out of? Might be cheaper (waycheaper) to redesign the trailer with some 1/4" tubing drilled and tapped for some 3m hardware to attach the skin.

Have you drove this at all yet? I assure you that motor on 3s will yank that trailer around like it ain't even there. You should be more worried about drivetrain strength than power. If I was to change anything power wise on your setup it would be the ESC to a MMP to run 4s-6s packs, I'd rather double the power by doubling the voltage. Your probably gonna hafta run dual batteries anyways if you were gonna add another goat system. So buy one ESC vs a new system, same power, MMP is cheaper and takes up less space and weight.

With my Goat2s I can drag all kinds of my kids toys around that weigh more than my rig. Its all on flat ground but like the others said (thats no offroad trailer.) Use gearing to pull that thing. Its not like you are going to do 20mph pulling that heavy trailer anyway.

i got a question how does a dual motor setup even work? if both motors are turning at the same speed then whats the point they wont move the trans any faster right? is it a torque thing?

Josh you should drive my scx10 with a handwound 35t, i think you might be surprised! It pulls pretty darn well.

I got a scx-10 and hooked up my nephew in his walker at 12 months old and was pulling him all around the tiled floor. You have enough power with the stock axial motor. Go for a larger turn motor if anything.

Ok so there's alot of reasons not to run two motors and there all legit reasons. But as for the COOL factor I say rip it I haven't seen a dual setup yet.
