|  Poll: Are you a hard body, lexan body or both kind of guy? Just for fun I thought I would see how many of you builders prefer hard bodies, lexan bodies or a mix of both. Here lately I have been on a hard body only kick.  There is just so much more you can do with styrene and ABS, and the detail is far superior. I guess in some sense, I've started to become more a purist towards scale building. So, vote and post up your opinions! |

I prefer hard bodies but every once in a while you just gotta go lexan.

Hard bodies all the way with this guy. .. Like stated above, there is just so much more detail to them and things that can be done with styrene etc..all my rigs are currently sporting hard bodies for just that reason. ..attention to detail i took a torch to my old tf2 body for dents etc. .i,ve never tryed that with a lexan body but can,t see the same results coming through. ..anywho thats my 0.02 worth coming from a noob  |

I like hard bodies, but the selection is limited. I also love the fact you can beat the piss out of lexan and not have to replace it that often......so I'm a "both" kind of guy.

Hardbody rigs are for the big boys! It takes more skill to build them and drive them. All mine are except for my Wraith!

I have one of each. I like the variety of bodies available in Lexan, but I love the detail that the hard bodies offer.

I voted lexan, I love the hardbody builds that I see, but I'm so hard on mine that I wouldn't have anything left of my 1.9er long ago.  Keep building them so that I can admire them. |

Ive always wanted to break into the world of hardbodys, but again the selection is really limited and most of which are hard to find( Not tamyia, that is). So i end up going with lexan. Yea its not perfect scale wise, but i do what i can to make it look beter

Lexan only goes on things that go fast. Any scale build should be a hard body.

I prefer hard bodies, but it depends on the build. Sometimes you have no choice. You have to go lexan because there is no hard body.
