|  hot racing scx10 locked transmission?
Has anyone used the hot racing locked metal transmission (gear box). Is this a quality product? Will it hold up?i stripped my idler gear and in doing so messed up the plastic case as well.

I have had one in my 15lb Barbie Jeep for a few years. Brushless, 3s, and driving it like a stolen rental car with no carnage.

Yes. Im still on the original spur but its about time to replace it.

Ok I picked up a hot racing locked transmission and a integy one also (integy was free) do you put any grease between the metal pinnion and metal spur gears?
