| scale independent suspension
Are there any scale vehicles produced with, or stores that sell, scale independent suspension? I'm not talking CC-01 quality, more like RC4WD quality. So many 4x4s have IFS, but I (almost) never see them on scale vehicles here. If not, do most people just make their own arms and chassis mounts, and then use some C hubs and knuckles from another vehicle?

Right now in the 1.9 scale section there are a good handful of well done IFS builds. But it's all piece together or use some sort of donor suspension Last edited by hillbillyrc; 01-31-2017 at 08:15 AM. |

Some great IFS builds here on the forum using custom parts and donor front ends. I am surprised that there isn't a true "scale" looking conversion available from manufacturers for some of the more popular scale trucks available. Maybe we'll see something if IFS becomes more popular? |
